Logs sent successfully - need to submit a support ticket for someone to follow up - Box Drive not intalling
AnsweredTrying to install Box Drive on Windows Surface 7. Pop-up window says
"Box Drive requires a Windows restart to finish updating.
If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue."
Once logs are submitted a new window pops up that says
"Your logs have been sent successfully.
If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue."
Clicking "here" takes me to this forum, not anywhere to submit a support ticket.
I have restarted multiple times but the pop up still appears.

Hi Rona,
While there is an IT team for my institution, they cannot configure Box to work on Windows 11 ARM64 devices. As another user mentioned, for architecture-level coding, there's nothing a local IT team could hope to resolve. As a result, I tried bringing to you attention the current situation with Windows 11 on ARM computers. But it does not seem that Box support is interested in their users with ARM devices.
