Storage Probblem

I couldn't make a transaction because I filled my monthly API quota in August. My API quota was reset today. However, my storage space, which should be unlimited, is shown as 12.2 TB in total and I can't do any uploads. I think there is a system error. Can you review and fix it? Thank you.
