I request a refund, since I have just activated a free trial and my account did not have an option for Permanent deletion
AnsweredHi, I have recently activated my box account just to receive one file, and I did not want to use it furthermore. The same day when I got the file, I went to the Account settings and I wanted to Permanently delete my account, but I do not see the option for deletion. Thus, I thought that you won't charge me since I'm only using free trial. This is completely nontransparent, and I require a refund. I still cannot delete my account, so I expect immediate action.
