Login Issue, MFA code not being sent and MFA app not working
AnsweredI have a client that I have shared a folder with, however my client is unable to access the shared folder as he is blocked by a prompt for an MFA code. Client mentioned that there is no code that gets sent to his email and the MFA app does not work either. Is there any way to resolve this or possibly remove MFA for my client in order to log in?
