White screen when accessing admin page
CompletedJust opened a new business account today, and when I click the Admin Console button (app.box.com/master) I'm taken to a blank page. Others have posted on this issue in the past, I've not seen suggestions on how to fix it. Need help.

More color: I have an existing company Box account with SSO enabled, and created a second Box account for an application that I want isolated from the existing company account. The new account was created with a different user email login. When I received the confirmation email for the new account, I clicked the link to confirm the new account, and while the confirmation page loaded, there was an error and the confirmation page hung and never went to completion. I was able to log into the new account after this, but cannot access the admin page, only getting a white (empty) page. Subsequently, I am now getting a white (empty) page when I access the admin page from my existing company Box account with SSO. This happens after flushing the browser cache, and also happens with an InPrivate window. I've been running Box from Edge with no issues in the past.
