Deactivated user
AnsweredI'm trying to add someone to a Box Folder, but am being told that they are a deactivated user and therefore cannot collaborate in the folder.
Please may someone contact me to get some support. Thanks

You can't collaborate with deactivated users, instead have this user to contact Box Support or setup a new account.

Thanks for getting back to me. The user can't post in the Box Forum to get support as he is unable to log in, and you can only make a post if you are logged into an account.
His email is linked to a wider company set up, so he can't set up a new account. Please may someone help specifically with this?
