    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Are you able to login to the affected account?

    If so, can you check if you've successfully changed your email address? To check, go to the Box website, login your credentials and head over to Account Settings> Look for your Default Email Address

    Can you confirm if the correct email is listed as your default email address? 

    We'd love to further assist!
