Account Recovery
AnsweredI have a box account that was set up with a previous email address. Later, I changed the email in my box.com settings to a new email address and deactivated the old email address. When I try to reset my password for the box account, it only wants to send the email to the original email. I need it to the new one. I have a lot of important documents on box.com I would like to recover. I had access until box.com signed me out.

Are you able to login to the affected account?
If so, can you check if you've successfully changed your email address? To check, go to the Box website, login your credentials and head over to Account Settings> Look for your Default Email Address.
Can you confirm if the correct email is listed as your default email address?
