Hi,

I have been contacting Customer Support recently and they are replying in the same way, in error. I am pointing out I am enquiring about another issue (account activity from unknown persons) but the replies come back with nothing to do with the query. Leading me to believe that Custmer Support is run by BOT/AI.

Have been requesting direct telephone contact that would sort the issue out quickly, but maybe BOT can not call.

Any assistance is welcome.
