Colleague locked out due to changing phone number so 2 step verification not working
AnsweredHi, my colleague has changed her phone number and can no longer access her Box account as her mobile number has changed and she can no longer receive the 2 step verification messages. Her associated email address is <personal information-redacted>
Please can you contact her with steps to reset this?
