Bypass password_reset_required error.

When the connected App-created user is in the Password Reset stage, we receive the below response while generating the token using the Box credentials.
RESPONSE:
400 - {"error":"password_reset_required","error_description":"User needs to reset password"}
When the user reset the password then we no longer receive this error.
Is there any way to bypass this error even when a user is in the Password Reset stage?
Also, we would like to know the below information:
1. what happens if that user is deactivated from that Box account? What will happen in that case?
2. I need the Box API details to find out when my Box password will expire or when it was last updated.
What is the email of the affected user?

When did the issue started?
>>> From the beginning of the development.
Admin Console >> Enterprise Settings >> Security tab >> Password reset checkbox is enabled in production at the moment. That reset the passwords every 90 days.
