Terminated Employee | Files Transfer Issue

We processed an employee termination and processed the Box file transfer to the oversight. However the oversight is not able to see any of the files that were transferred. 

There was another termination where the files went to this same person, and she is able to see those files just fine. 

Any guidance would be appreciated!
