Migration out of Box and account closure

Hi, I work for a JV company that has been using Box for a number of years, but we are now looking to close the Box account and migrate all contents to one of the JV companys own archive.

There's around 3TB of data to migrate.  

What's the best way of doing this please?

  This is really disheartening to see that there is no help to leave Box as we are in the same position.
