Looking to add external users as non-billed administrator accounts
CompletedWe have a managed IT services company that helps administer our network and SaaS applications. I am seeking information on how to grant them access to our Box.com environment so that they can facilitate the creation/deletion of users, password reset requests, billing options, etc. They do not need, nor should they have access to, any files or folders stored in our Box account. This would be an admin-only based user that would ideally only access the admin console to provide support functions.
From what I can tell, I don't know if this is possible. We have them set up within our Office 365 and Google Workspace accounts as non-licensed admin users, but I am uncertain if I can provide that same type of access configuration within Box.com.
Any insight/advice/instructions would be very appreciated.
