Storage Is Inaccurate
CompletedI have read through the support forum, and the answers have not been helpful.
- I was notified that my storage was full.
- I deleted 25% of the files I had stored - A week ago
- The storage still shows as full
- I cannot upload (one answer said to ignore the reported size and upload)
- This is a free account, but I can't use it and it would seem to be a simple thing for someone at Box to fix.
