Account storage limit reached
CompletedWe share a Box folder "C24018 Verve" to external users, when they upload files they get an error "account storage limit reached".
Both did not have any files uploaded to Richmond Box. The two invited external users are [personal information–redacted] & [personal information–redacted].
Could you please check and advise how this can be resolved. Thank you.
