You cannot access this right now

I'm currently experiencing an issue where I'm unable to access specific folders under my Box account. I had a previous Box account under [personal information–redacted] helping a former client. My email is now [personal information–redacted]. I think that is irrelevant.
When I try to log-in from the invite link (from Chrome and Edge), I receive the screen shot below. When I'm previously logged in to my @rrdintl account, I will be taken to my home screen and see the previously shared folders from the client. However, the folders that were to be shared with me are nowhere to be found.

It seems that your rdbiodev.com email is not associated to Box. You can go to our website https://www.box.com/pricing to sign up for an account.

Thank you! I'm a little surprised it was that easy. I suppose I thought something on the back-end/IT would allow it to associate the INTL email with the Biodev email, but I created a new individual account for the biodev.com email and now have access.
