2-Factor Authentication
AnsweredHi. I use box for work. I have a client that had been able to see a folder that we shared with her in the past, but she can no longer log into her account because it is asking her for 2 Factor Authentication that she said she never set up. Is there a way for you to please reset her account? Her email address is: [personal information–redacted]

Hi Ann, thank you for your response. I had previously suggested to our client that they open a ticket directly with you, but she was adamant that this was not her issue and that since we were the owners of the box account, that we should handle it. Is there anything you can do to please help.
