Granted permissions, but still get "removed or is unavailable" error.
AnsweredI've been granted permissions (even co-ownership) of files and folders recently, but when I try to access them, I receive the "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you." error (see below for screenshot).
I have tried this in both Chrome and Edge and get the same result either way.
I do get a request to authenticate using PingID, which shows as green once I authenticate.
I am working from home, and I am logged onto the network using MyApps (v3).
Is there some other setting or something I should be checking? The file owners have confirmed that they have granted me permission. I've seen this on two different box folders in the last two days.
