Unable to access files

I was recently added to my company's Box system, and I was given full access to the files. From my director's computer it appears I have full access, however when I log into box, I can only see a portion of the files I should have access to. This is making it increasingly difficult to share files and get work done. I have tried clicking the individual links, but I get an error message every time. Can someone help?

For this situation, I suggest reaching out to the owner of the shared folder to request your removal as a collaborator, after which they can resend or re-invite you to collaborate.
