Upgraded to Business for 3 pp
CompletedI am part of a larger free Box account out together by a 3rd party vendor, but I upgraded to business so myself and my two team members can have greater access. I tried to add both users (for which I already paid) under Add User, but I am getting an error because one is part of the other group. Is this the right place to upgrade their account? She should still have access to the other box group, but I need to be able to upgrade her to business. How do I do it? THX
