    I'm sorry you're facing this issue! Have you tried force quitting the Box application through Task Manager (on Windows) or Activity Monitor (on Mac)? That might allow you to quit the app and uninstall it. If that doesn't work, you could also try restarting your computer and then attempting to uninstall Box. Hope this helps! Direct2HR
