Recurring error message
AnsweredI am receiving an error message saying "File size larger than maximum size limit...". I am happy to delete those files and not upload them. How can I do that?

Note: the maximum file size limit for uploads to Box varies depending on your account type:
- Free personal: 250 MB
- Starter: 2 GB
- Business: 5 GB
- Business Plus: 15 GB
- Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
- Enterprise Plus: 150 GB
With the error you're receivng, it looks like you're uploading a file beyond your upload size limit.
