I would like to request support to delete a user who was previously enrolled while keeping their account.

  For more context, do you have login access to the account you wanted to delete? Also, why do you want to delete the user but keep the account?

  Thanks for the reply.

  I did not delete my account in the past, so now I can't use two-factor authentication. Therefore, I would like to delete my account and register again.

  The target is another account, not mine
