files uploaded by external member not visible

We created box with external member, external member uploaded files and is visible at his end. I can not see those files at my end, I have editor access and can see only file I uploaded and on screen shot of external member I can see my file as well as other files he uploaded....

Please advise if I need to make some changes at my end
