Restore the ownership change
AnsweredI inquired last week but did not receive a response, so I am following up again. Could I kindly ask you to restore the ownership? Last week, I accidentally changed the ownership of a folder (name: 作業フォルダ) to an account that has already been deactivated from BOX <personal information-redacted>. As a result, the folder disappeared from my account, and when I try to click "Accept" for collaboration, I encounter an error. Error message: "An error has occurred. Please try again later."

We can't alter folder owner(s) and if you need to transfer the folder back to your account. Please reach out to the current folder owner.
