Unable to tidy, sort, or organize

After having used my Box account for several years it is full of old, irrelevant stuff shared with me that I cannot move, organize, delete or even open.

My Box folder is a huge pile of unsorted, old, irrelevant and unsortable junk. 

I do not have permission to delete the hundreds of items that I have in there, and do not have the time to track down all the hundreds of people who've shared stuff with me over the years.

I just blows my mind that Box does not have basic functionality to do this. Is there any way to make my Box directory even vaguely useful with basic functionality that the oldest filesystems in history had right from the very beginning?
