Deleted files and folders not in Bin
AnsweredI'm not sure why my last post hasn't turned up here in the last hour. Is there somewhere else I should be looking. Wish I'd made a copy.
I deleted a folder and lots of files from my C Drive, Box drive. I shouldn't have. I went to Box.com and they are not in the Bin. Why? I don't know.
I am on Windows 11. The files are not in the Recycle Bin.
I'd really appreciate some assistance.

A follow-up to this:
I noticed that someone posted the same question here:
Apparently the Product Support team can help. I am unable to find a way to contact them. Hope you are reading this :-)

Hi there,
Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Can I verify if you've already checked your trash in the Box website?
To look for your deleted folder/file:
- Login to box.com and click on the bin/trash icon.
- Look for your deleted folder/file, and hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
- Click the ellipsis (...). Then:
- To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
- At the prompt, click Okay.
For more details, please visit this article.
Hope it helps!

Hi Rona,
I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my question, and your answer would seem to be the obvious answer.
However, as per my original question, I went to Box.com and my folders and files are not in the Bin. It would make sense if they were in the Bin, but they are not.
As far as I can see from an earlier response, it should be possible for the Box Product Support team to restore the files, but there doesn't seem to be a simple way to contact them.
Thanks again and kind regards.
