How much to cancel Box

Hello,

We are unhappy with our inability to lower the cost of seats since we have downgraded our company size from 12 to 3 and are curious how much it would cost us to cancel our subscription. Please note, we are just looking for information at this time. As a small business, tiny, actually, we are struggling with the payment to your service along with the many issues we have been in touch with your support team about. Any information here would be greatly appreciated.
