    I really need help on this issue now please! The SERIOUSLY ANNOYING POP UP ALERET tells me 'to make a copy of the file...' - I can't do this as I have deleted the original file! I no longer need it! Therefore I no longer need it on Box!! Please can you contact me soonest to sort this out? I pay for Box and this is the first time I have asked for Customer Support. I do not feel I am getting any support - so I am thinking about cancelling my subscription.

    Is this a sign I should ditch Box and move to Dropbox?
