    I am having the same problem. The Box website is AWFUL. You clearly do not understand customer service!

  • this website is horrible , I have one of my vendors sending me bills which I can get , however , I have a customer trying to send payments to us and I receive no emails and I can not see anything from them in the box -as far as where to submit a help ticket.  I have wasted so much time on this and this should not be this difficult.

    I love how they never answered how to SUBMIT a ticket...what is going over at Box.com? They need to fire the whole management team and start fresh.

    I need to submit a ticket, gracious this is horrific!  What are we paying for when we can't connect to anyone.
