Storage says full but is not
AnsweredHi, when I try to save new files, I get a message saying that my storage is full. However, the account settings say:
5.3 GB of 50.0 GB
How do I fix this? Thanks

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
While look into your account, did you also check if the error lies within your own or collaborated folders? If you confirmed its the latter, please contact the folder owner.
Note: Each folder's storage is counted against its owner's storage allocation.
