Hello to whom it may concern, 

I am an intern working with the VA  and I am having trouble accessing the documents they are sending me. 
I made my email the exact same but I can't find the invitation I need to accept. I looked in both my inbox and my spam folder. 
How can I find this invitation to access the VA's documents in my box?

    Did you receive an invitation to access their file/folder?If so, could you attach a screenshot of the invitation you received?

    They said they sent an invitation to me so I could access the file/folder, but I checked both my inbox and my spam box and couldn't find anything.
