Is there an easy way to extend all collaborators access to specific folders on BOX?
It is very time consuming to go through each person just to see if there access is about to expiry and then extending their access afterwards.
Is there a way to filter collaborators whose access that are about to expiry and extend all accesses?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Before a collaboration expires, Box sends emailed notifications to the owner and any co-owners of the corresponding folder, assuming this notification setting is turned on in your organization's Enterprise Settings. Box notifies only co-owners who are directly collaborating on the item with a pending expiration; Box does not notify co-owners who are collaborating via inherited permissions.

Additionally, you can only extend collaborator auto-expiration individually.
