Hi Rona,

Yes, the files were condo documents and pictures of my condo as it was being built.  I was shared by the Lennar salesman and shared with me, how do I get them back to my account

Box do not remove files, unless the user initiated to delete the file from their account. 

If you have no recollection of deleting any files from Box. Did you know if the missing files are your own or shared files?

    As for the missing shared file(s), you must reach out to your colleague who shared the file(s) so they could return your access to the file(s).
