共有ファイルが閲覧できない

共有ファイルのリンクを受け取っても、以下のメッセージが表示され共有ファイルが閲覧できない。

「この共有ファイルまたは共有フォルダのリンクは削除されているか、使用できません。」

私以外のユーザーはファイルの閲覧が可能となっており、私のみ閲覧できない状態です。

  Even if I receive the link to the shared file, the following message is displayed and I cannot view the shared file."This link to the shared file or shared folder has been deleted or is not available."Other users can view the file, but I am unable to access it.
