    Welcome to Box community!

    Here are few troubleshooting to try:

    • Logout/in from Box.com
    • Clear your browser's cache
    • Use a different browser

    If the steps above did not work, I suggest that you reset your Box password and then try to add your personal email address again.

    I was able to add the email address but not able to verify the email address.
