Cancel my account
AnsweredI have attempted in numerous occasions to cancel my account and nothing has happened. I even attempted to do so before the renewal period and yet I was still charged. I sent email and submitted a ticket. It is quite interesting that it seems so difficult to cancel an account. Please help!!!
