2 Factor Authentication Reset
CompletedHello. My company recently upgraded my iPhone and now the Authenticator application no longer works with my Box account. I can no longer use 2 factor authentication and as a result, I am locked out of my Box account. There is no option to reset it or turn off the setting. How can I reset 2 factor authentication. Thanks in advance for your help.
