Hello, I am having an issue with a file in Box that is not believed to be deleted, but is missing. We are able to access links that were previously made for this file and they yield this message, "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you". Even the owner of the document is unable to access. 

The last date accessed was September 11, so something happened between 9/11/2024-10/30/2024.
