Two-factor authentication
CompletedHello, my name is Ishiguro. I was invited by Suzuki Motor Corporation a year ago to use BOX, but I was asked for two-step authentication and can no longer log in. The device I previously registered has been changed for personal reasons, and I do not have a note of the backup password, so I cannot log in. Another user is currently contacting me.
