I am unable to login to my USAfx account. I have attempted to change my password, but have not received any emails to change password. Unsure what I can do? Or if I can call someone to assist me on changing my password.

I am unable to log in. The woman that used to work here has retired so the phone number at the authentication window is no longer available and needs to be changed. What do I do if I can't get in to change that number? We are still using her email so we could access old emails, my name is Chelsa. Thank you for any help on this.
