    I am unable to log in.  The woman that used to work here has retired so the phone number at the authentication window is no longer available and needs to be changed.  What do I do if I can't get in to change that number?  We are still using her email so we could access old emails, my name is Chelsa.  Thank you for any help on this.

    We also cannot log in to the USAfx account and cannot receive phone calls or emails to reset passwords. I've been trying multiple times for weeks and get no responses.  The attorneys on cases are getting upset with me because i can't access their records or links to send records
