One folder not syncing
CompletedFor as much as this service cost, it’s disappointing that it’s so difficult to contact Support directly. I can’t even find where to send Support an email much less a phone number.
I’m relegated to sending my problem to a community support page rather than getting this resolved efficiently.
I’ve been using Box Sync for years, and recently I received a zip file put it into a sub folder, unzipped it, but some of the files within that collection will not sync.
I’ve deleted all of them tried again, but still won’t sync.
I would like for a support engineer to login on my account. Find these trouble files, and let me know a) why they won’t sync, B) contact me directly to resolve the issue.
