Unable to set password
AnsweredI created an account using Google SSO, and now I'm stuck with the problem that seems to have been known for over a year in that I cannot create a password. I'm trying to access files that were shared with me which requires a strong password be set on my account before I can see the files.

Can you please try to reset your password by entering your Box email here: Password reset. By doing this, you will receive a password reset email and should be able to create a strong password.
