Microsoft Online Integration not working
CompletedEven though the Box status site shows "Microsoft Online" as being operational, multiple members on my team are having issues opening a powerpoint file on Box despite trying different browsers, clearing our cache/history, removing and re-installing relevant apps as suggested here, etc. We're getting the following error message:
The refresh button doesn't work even after trying it 10+ times. Is anyone else having this issue? This is causing a big disruption for us.
