My box folders are not appearing despite having access to the folder
AnsweredHi Team,
For some reason all the folders that i had access to have been disappearing. I asked the admin to reshare access which made it appear but again the folder is empty. Across all my devices and even when logged in from the browser. Need Help

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
1. Make sure that the browser is up to date
2. Clear the browsing history or use a different browser
3. Temporary disable plugins/extensions, firewall, and VPN
4. Check if your firewall is configured for Box apps
5. Try to connect to a different network
6. Reach out to the owner of the folder and request remove you as collaborator and re-send an invite
