unable to add external user as email already in use in a box account not associated with enterprise
AnsweredUser has registered corp email account to a free license to try out BOX, now we can't add this user to the enterprise account. Have tried other options mentioned in the forums, including ignoring the error messages and submitting changes, but this no longer works.
