Box sync app not working.
AnsweredWe have installed the Box sync app on one of our servers, we want to achieve is that a local network shared folder worked upon by a group of users, should get synced on Box cloud using the app. But when we install the app and try using a shared folder within Box folder the local network sharing starts creating sharing and permission issues.
We would require your assistance to achieve a local network shared folder among few domain users to sync on Box cloud using Box syncing app.

Please be informed that Box Sync does not support network/shared drive, external drives, or servers
- Box Sync does not support external drives.
- Box Sync is not supported in server environments.
- Box Sync does not support networked drives (non-local drives accessed over the network).
- Box Sync does not support shared drives (drives accessible to multiple users across multiple machines).
- Box Sync is supported in some virtual environments, but there are certain known limitations. For more information, see Using Box In Virtual Environments.
