    Subject: Unable to Reactivate My Box Account

    I attempted to access a Box file I was invited to by clicking the provided link. However, when I tried to set up my account, I encountered issues with the password setup and ended up deleting my account. When I tried to restore the account, I received the following error message:

    "An error occurred while processing your request. The account associated with this email address cannot be reactivated online. Please contact billing support at +1 650 329 1210 or billing@box.com."

    Could you please guide me on how I can restore my account?
