Support Needed for "User Belongs to Another Enterprise" Error in BOX
AnsweredHello BOX Support Team,
We’re setting up a new BOX account specifically for training purposes, and need to provision access for users who already belong to our primary account.
However, when attempting to provision these users on the training account, we receive the error: "User belongs to another enterprise."
To work around this, we considered using an email format such as email@web.org.{environment name}
, but users are unable to complete the setup as they cannot receive the account activation email.
Could we work with your team to find a solution for this issue?
